Google Business Profile Q&A Management
Anyone can post a question on your Google profile, and anyone can answer it, including a competitor or a stranger who gets it wrong. We seed the real questions, answer them first, and watch the section so the wrong answer never sits there.
The public can answer questions on your own profile, so the only safe move is to answer them first.

The dataA Stranger Is Answering Questions About Your Business
· The ProblemA homeowner checking you out taps the questions section on your profile and reads that you do not offer the exact service they need, or that you do not cover their town, or a price that has not been right in two years. Nobody at your company wrote any of it, and you may not know it is there.
The section is wide open by design: any member of the public can post a question and any member of the public can answer it, the answer with the most votes rises to the top whether or not it is correct, a competitor can quietly seed a discouraging answer, an honest but wrong homeowner can misinform the next ten, and most owners never see the section because Google barely notifies them.
Left alone it fills with guesses, stale prices, and the occasional competitor jab. Managed, it becomes a clean FAQ that answers the homeowner’s real objection right at the moment they are deciding whether to call.

What Q&A Management Includes
· Service RegisterWe treat the questions section as owned space: stocked with the answers homeowners actually need, and watched so nothing wrong takes root.
Seed, Watch, Correct
· The ProcessWe build the list of real homeowner questions for your trade and post them with clear, keyword-aware answers from your account, so the section starts clean and complete.
We monitor for new public questions and answers on a schedule, since Google does not reliably tell you when one appears, and catch the wrong ones before a homeowner does.
New questions get answered fast, wrong answers get corrected and outvoted, and policy-violating ones get flagged for removal, so the section stays accurate over time.
A clean questions section answers the objection before the homeowner even picks up the phone.
Profile Q&A, Answered Straight
· QuestionsCan I really answer questions on my own profile?
Yes, and you should. Google lets the business owner post questions and answers from the profile, and an owner answer is labeled as such. The catch is that the public can answer too, and the most-upvoted answer wins the top spot, so being first and being voted up both matter.
Is seeding my own questions allowed?
It is, and Google has publicly encouraged businesses to post and answer frequently asked questions on their own profiles. It is the same idea as an FAQ on your website, in the place a homeowner is actually looking. What is not allowed is fake reviews or misleading content, which is a different thing entirely.
What happens if a competitor posts a bad answer?
We correct it with the accurate answer, work to outvote the bad one so yours sits on top, and flag anything that breaks Google’s content policy for removal. Not every jab qualifies for takedown, so the reliable defense is a correct, upvoted answer sitting above it.
How is this different from reviews?
Reviews are a homeowner’s verdict after the job. The questions section is the question before it, the objection they need answered to call at all. Both live on your profile, and we handle answering reviews alongside this, but the questions section is its own space with its own rules.
How often do you check the section?
On a regular schedule, because Google’s notifications for new questions are unreliable and a question can sit unanswered for weeks otherwise. Steady monitoring is the whole point, since the risk is not one bad day, it is a wrong answer nobody caught.
Is this included in GBP management?
Yes, question seeding and monitoring is part of our full Google Business Profile management plan. If you only want the questions section handled on its own, we can do that too, and it runs on the same steady watch either way.
