Read This Before You Book a Call

Not everyone should hire me, and the reasons are short enough to publish. Here is the screen, what I need from you, and what you get back.

This works if
You run a home services company doing $2M to $10M and you want it bigger.
You have a budget to work with, whatever the size.
You will grant access to your Google profiles and CRM.
You will email me the reports you already run.
This does not
Zero budget. Marketing cannot be built out of nothing, and I will not pretend otherwise.
No real desire to scale. Plenty of good shops are the size they want to be.
Your market is taken. One company per trade per market. There is no waitlist.
Roofing, siding or windows. Standing commitment elsewhere.

· The Precondition

Ten Minutes, and Then I Go to Work

This is the entire ask up front, and it is also where engagements fail. Access does not get granted, or the data never arrives, and then the reporting is a guess with a chart around it.

What I need on day one
AccessAll Google profiles and your CRM. Read access is enough to start.
ReportsEmail whatever you already run, in whatever shape. A messy export beats a tidy summary.
Your timeTen minutes. Nothing for your team to learn, no new system to adopt.

· General Sequence

The Shape Is the Same in Every Trade

Which channel gets attention first changes by trade, and that detail sits on each service page. The spine does not move.

01
AuditWhat a booked job costs you today, channel by channel. Most owners have never seen the number split out, and it usually changes where the next dollar goes.
Starts day one
02
FoundationProfile, citations, review system, intake. Every leak closes before a dollar goes toward new traffic, because new traffic through a leaking funnel just costs more.
Leaks first
03
BuildPages, content, and paid where the ticket size carries the lead cost. Sequenced by what produces revenue soonest rather than by what is easiest to show you.
Revenue order
04
OperateEvery channel answers to cost of marketing as a percentage of revenue. Target ten to fifteen, flag anything over twenty-five, cut anything over fifty no matter how busy it keeps the phone.

What Lands on Your Desk

First
The Blueprint

A document showing where your money goes now, what it produces, and the order I would fix things in. Delivered with a call to walk you through it. Yours whether or not you hire me.

Every month after
A monthly dashboard

Leads, booked jobs, and cost per booked job by channel. Built so you can read it without me on the phone.

Who you deal withMe, on every call and every hard conversation about a channel that is not working. My team produces the reporting behind it. You are not handed to an account manager.
ContractNo long-term contracts. Month to month, earned every thirty days.
PricingPublished on each service page. Nothing requires a call to find out what it costs.

If You Cleared the Gate, Start Here.

Grant access, send your reports, and the Blueprint comes back. You keep it either way.
