About Capstone

We Don't Sell Marketing.
We Build Lead Generation Machines.

Most agencies sell ads. We build systems that generate real jobs, in the real world — then prove it with the numbers.

In architecture, the capstone is the final stone placed at the top of a structure. It's the piece that locks every other stone into place. Without it, the arch collapses under its own weight.

Why We Exist

Most Contractors Hit a Ceiling Around $5M–$10M.

It isn't for a lack of hard work. It's a lack of consistent guidance and knowing the next steps.

They operate with what we call a "Junk Drawer" marketing strategy.

One vendor for the website. Another for ads. A third for social.

A manager fighting to keep a D2D team on the doors.

A CRM full of data that no one actually uses.

Owners white-knuckling their growth on a foundation of "hope."

Capstone exists to be the final piece.

We don't sell marketing tactics. We bridge the gap between the pavement and the P&L — aligning content, digital strategy, and sales data into one consistent engine.

Husband. Father of two. Crossroads Church on Sundays. 500 lb deadlift on weekdays.

Around 2013, I was 18 and washing dishes in a hot kitchen. Within a few months, I traded the sink for a clipboard and started knocking on doors. I spent those years in the baptism-by-fire of door-to-door sales — a masterclass in human psychology you can't get in a classroom. To me, a digital lead isn't a row on a spreadsheet. It's a person sitting at a kitchen table.

At 23, I was handed a mandate to build a door-to-door division from scratch for a local roofing company. I built a seven-figure revenue engine — and it's been the company's highest revenue source every year since. By 25, I was Marketing Director overseeing $60 million in total sales, personally architecting the systems responsible for $20 million of that growth.

I started Capstone because I got tired of watching agencies take contractors' money and deliver nothing. The industry is full of people selling services they don't understand to business owners who don't know enough to call them on it. It's the blind confidently leading the blind — and at worst, it's outright theft.

I've sat in the chair. I've managed the budgets. I've seen what actually moves the needle and what's just a line item that makes an agency look busy. I know I can do it better — so that's what I'm doing. If a strategy wouldn't work face-to-face on a freezing front porch, I won't waste a dime of your budget trying to make it work behind a screen.

The Unfair Advantage

My Brain Doesn't Work Like Other Marketers'.

I was born with Asperger's Syndrome. For most of my life, that meant I saw the world through a different lens than everyone else.

While other guys were focused on the social "vibe" of a room, I was focused on the patterns. The logic. The broken gears in the machine.

In marketing, this is my unfair advantage.

What This Means for You

Pattern Recognition

I see your business as a series of levers. I find the bottlenecks in your pipeline and solve them with mathematical precision.

No Fluff Tolerance

I don't get distracted by "creative" awards or "brand awareness" vanity metrics. If it doesn't drive jobs, I don't do it.

Systems Thinking

I'm hardwired to build frameworks and infrastructure. Every marketing initiative gets a system — not a hope and a prayer.

Credentials

Not a Vendor. A Player-Coach.

You're not hiring a consultant who's read about contractor marketing. You're hiring someone who's done every job in your building.

10K+

Doors Knocked

Commission-only D2D sales from age 20 to 22. I know what a homeowner actually thinks when they open the door — because I've been on that porch.

$3.5M

Division Built from Zero

Handed a mandate at 23 to build a D2D department from scratch. It became the company's highest revenue source — and still is.

$60M

In Sales Overseen

Marketing Director managing recruiting, TV, call center, Google Ads, SEO, videography, content marketing, and lead aggregator partnerships.

Principles

What We Believe.

01

If It Doesn't Drive Jobs, We Don't Do It

We don't chase vanity metrics. Every initiative gets measured against one question: did this generate booked revenue?

02

Your Data Should Tell the Truth

Your CRM should give you real numbers, not comfortable ones. We don't sugarcoat reports and we don't play games with your budget.

03

Systems Over Heroics

A great month shouldn't depend on a great employee having a great week. We build infrastructure that produces results regardless of who's running it.

04

We'd Rather Lose a Client Than Lie to One

If something isn't working, we'll tell you. If you're not ready for what we offer, we'll tell you that too. Honesty is cheaper than wasted spend.

05

The Pavement Informs the P&L

Every strategy we build is grounded in what actually happens at the door, on the phone, and in the home. We've been there. That changes everything.

06

Contractors Deserve Better Than "Agency Fluff"

No jargon. No hype. We speak like a smart person finally telling the truth — peer-to-peer with the owner, not vendor-to-client.

Who We Help

Established Contractors Ready to Build a Growth Engine.

We partner with home service companies doing $2M–$10M who've outgrown freelancers but can't justify a $200K CMO. You have the team to do the work — you need the leadership to make your marketing spend actually turn into booked jobs.

Right Fit

HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and exterior contractors

$2M–$10M in annual revenue with a team in place

Ready to move beyond referrals into predictable lead generation

Willing to look at the real numbers — even when they're uncomfortable

Owner-operators who want a partner, not a vendor

Wrong Fit

Startups or pre-revenue companies without a team

Companies looking for the cheapest option

Businesses that want pretty reports instead of real results

Contractors who aren't ready to change how they do things
